Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, never installed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns due to defects or incorrect items, we cover shipping fees. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer covers return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. You may start your return here.

If your purchase included a free promotional item, and a return changes the original combination or quantity that qualified for that item, the free item must also be returned unused. This applies to both full and partial returns.

 

EXCHANGES: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

REFUNDS: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if more than 11 days have passed without receiving your refund.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY: All items are protected by a one (1) year limited warranty against functional defects from the date of receipt. If you experience an issue with the functionality of your product within this period, please contact us to discuss a resolution. Proof of the defect, including photos and/or videos, may be required.

 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use or handling. The method of resolution, including potential repair, replacement of parts, or other solutions, will be determined at MCWCAT sole discretion and may not include a full product replacement.

LIABILITY: We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages caused by improper use or misuse of our products. Our beds support up to 45 lbs when mounted on a suitable surface. Improper use voids all warranties.

 

REFUND POLICY DURING CROWDFUNDING STAGE (July – August 2024): All sales during crowdfunding are final as funds are used immediately for production and development.
